Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2025

At EZ Way Driving, we understand that schedules change. This policy explains our terms for cancelling, rescheduling, or requesting a refund for your driving lessons or packages.

1. Lesson Cancellation

  • Students must cancel or reschedule any in-car driving lesson at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a full charge for the missed session.
  • “No shows” or arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice are considered late cancellations.

2. Package Cancellation

For BDE or other prepaid packages:

  • You may request cancellation of the full package within 7 days of purchase if no lessons have yet been taken. A full refund will be issued minus a $25 administrative fee.
  • If any lessons have been used, the cost of each completed session will be deducted from the refund based on the regular lesson rate, plus a $25 administration fee.
  • No refunds are available after 30 days from the date of purchase or once more than 50% of the package is completed.

3. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule lessons free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Repeated last-minute changes may result in scheduling restrictions.

4. Refund Processing

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • We do not offer cash refunds for online payments.

5. Weather and Instructor Cancellations

  • In case of bad weather or emergency instructor unavailability, the session will be rescheduled without any penalty.
  • You will be contacted as early as possible by phone or email.
