Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of EZ Way Driving services and website (ezwaydriving.com). By booking a lesson or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Our Services

EZ Way Driving provides in-car and in-class driving lessons in Ontario, Canada, including Ministry-approved BDE (Beginner Driver Education) packages and one-on-one coaching.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid Ontario G1 license (or equivalent).
Students under 18 require parental consent.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

Lessons are scheduled in advance through our website or by phone: +1 519 721 1718
All bookings are subject to availability of instructors and vehicles.
You must arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce lesson time.

4. Payments

Lessons must be paid in full before the session begins.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal via secure third-party gateways.
Packages (e.g., BDE) must be paid in advance; installments available upon request.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full terms. Briefly:

Cancel or reschedule lessons at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations will be charged fully.

6. Code of Conduct

Students must behave respectfully with instructors and follow safety instructions at all times.
EZ Way Driving reserves the right to discontinue lessons for misconduct or unsafe behavior without refund.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

EZ Way Driving is not responsible for the outcome of your road test. Our instructors offer preparation, but passing depends on your skill and practice. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or driving violations during or after training sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, lesson content, and materials (including blogs or downloads) are the property of EZ Way Driving and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
